As a Senior Construction Expediter, you will lead the filing and approval process for complex commercial and residential projects across New York City. You will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and city agencies, ensuring that all submissions are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently.
- 5+ years of experience in NYC construction expediting
- Deep knowledge of DOB filing procedures and NOW system
- Strong relationships with agency personnel and examiners
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
